This policy explains what personal information TRIPNNEST collects when you use this site or plan a trip with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have about it. It applies to tripnnest.com and to any trip planning correspondence you have with our team.

We collect the minimum needed to plan a good trip and run a small studio — nothing is sold, and nothing is shared beyond what's needed to book the places you're actually travelling to.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us directly — name, email, phone number — when you send an enquiry, subscribe to the newsletter, or fill out the trip planning form.
• Trip details you share while planning — destinations, travel dates, group size, and preferences — so we can build an itinerary.
• Booking information needed to confirm a stay with a property on your behalf, such as passport names or dietary requirements, only when a trip is actually being booked.
• Basic usage data — pages visited, approximate location from IP address, and device/browser type — collected automatically to keep the site working properly.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and design the itinerary you asked for.
• Make and manage bookings with the camps, hotels and operators in your trip.
• Send the newsletter, only if you've opted in, and only until you unsubscribe.
• Understand which guides and destinations are useful, so we can improve them.

We do not use your trip details for targeted advertising, and we don't build profiles of you to sell to third parties.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only where it's needed to deliver the trip you've asked for — for example, passing your name and dates to a camp to confirm a booking, or to an airline where you've asked us to help with flights. We also use a small number of service providers (email delivery, form handling, hosting) who process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we only disclose it beyond this if required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to deliver your trip and to meet basic accounting and legal record-keeping requirements, generally up to seven years for booking records. Newsletter contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to what we're legally required to keep for booking and tax records. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email, and you're always welcome to ask a trip designer directly what's on file.
