Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of tripnnest.com and any trip planning or booking service arranged through TRIPNNEST. By using the site or asking us to plan a trip, you're agreeing to them. If something here doesn't sit right for your situation, tell us — most of this is meant to protect both sides fairly, not to catch anyone out.

Our role

TRIPNNEST acts as a trip designer and booking agent, arranging accommodation, activities and transfers with third-party properties and operators on your behalf. The properties themselves — camps, hotels, tour operators, airlines — are independent businesses responsible for the services they actually deliver during your trip. We select and vet every partner carefully, but we are not the operator of the stay or activity itself.

Bookings and pricing

• Prices quoted are based on availability at the time of your enquiry and can change until a deposit is paid and the booking is confirmed in writing.
• A deposit is required to hold your dates; the amount and due dates for the balance are set out in your individual trip confirmation.
• Once confirmed, your booking is subject to the cancellation and change policy of each individual property, which we share with you before payment.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation terms vary by property and are detailed in your booking confirmation — see the FAQ page for typical windows. TRIPNNEST does not add its own cancellation fee on top of what a property charges, but any fees set by the property, airline or operator apply as stated at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate names, passport details and health or dietary information needed for bookings.
• Holding valid travel documents, visas and any required vaccinations for your destination.
• Arranging appropriate travel insurance, which we strongly recommend for every trip.
• Following the reasonable safety guidance of guides, camps and operators during activities such as trekking, safari drives or diving.

Liability

TRIPNNEST is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions or delays of independent third-party providers — airlines, camps, hotels, guides or local operators — beyond what is set out in our booking terms with you. We are, however, responsible for the accuracy of the information we give you at the time of booking and for acting promptly if something goes wrong with a booking we arranged.

Guides, photography and destination write-ups on tripnnest.com are for planning purposes and reflect conditions at the time of publication — opening hours, permit rules and prices can change. Content is owned by TRIPNNEST or used with permission and shouldn't be reproduced elsewhere without asking first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TRIPNNEST is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be raised directly with our team — the vast majority get resolved that way, without needing to go further.
